Production program
Production is a TI ERP module for efficient production tracking. It meets all user needs for monitoring all processes in production.
Catalogs
Items (raw materials and packaging)
Own products and semi-finished products
Bills of materials (BOMs)
Services
Item groups
Warehouses (own products/semi-finished, raw materials, trade goods)
Reporting units of measure
Partners
Company data
Cost centers
Printing of all catalogs
Work Orders
Issuance by individual or aggregated orders, by proforma invoice, or by entering products into a work order
Tracking reporting units of measure and reports in units of measure different from those originally used in production
Upon completion of the production process by work order, the work order is closed, removed from the list of unfinished work orders, and an accounting status of the work order is created
A "work sheet" is used to record actual working hours spent, whether direct or indirect labor, on a given work order
Report comparing planned hours with actual hours worked
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Ability to define product quantity from the quantity of components
Ability to enter services/costs (labor, machine depreciation, energy) into predefined calculations
The BOM is strictly defined, but issuance can allow more or less than the planned amount, or substitute materials (issuance by work order, reversal of issuance)
Ability to compare the planned BOM with the actual consumption of raw materials and the finished products produced (final or interim calculation of the work order)
Semi-Finished Products
Coding and creation just like finished products
Issuance from the semi-finished products warehouse (via issuance document)
Usage in the construction of finished products as their components
Delivery Note (to warehouse)
Posting to the finished goods warehouse is done by work order, but more or fewer products than specified by the work order can be delivered (delivery note by work order, reversal of delivery note)
Finished Product Price
Direct entry of production cost into predefined calculation
Option for automatic calculation of production cost (sum of average purchase prices from all issuances, linked to BOM or work order)
Work in Progress (WIP)
Accounting status of work in progress
Inventory of work in progress
Dispatch Order
Created through a proforma invoice for sales (reversal of work order, reversal of dispatch order) or based on individual customer orders in wholesale or company-owned stores
