Small inventory
The Small Inventory Module in TI ERP is used for recording and tracking assignments and the status of a company’s small inventory. All changes related to the movement of small inventory are recorded through various documents, which are posted to the general ledger (Financial Accounting module) by generating journal entries using posting schemes.
The module fully meets the needs of small, medium, and large users across various industry verticals, with specific features configured through parameterization in agreement with the client.
In addition to various reports and recaps, advanced queries can be created for easier data searches.
Operator access rights can also be defined (per functionality or per action via buttons).
SHORT LIST OF FUNCTIONALITIES:
Master Data
These are the foundation of the module, and some can be imported from Excel/CSV. They include: company data, cost centers, warehouses/subjects (employees or cost centers), small inventory groups, and small inventory records.
Documents
Assignment/de-assignment documents (receipts, inter-warehouse transfers, issues, returns, handover notes, write-offs, etc.) are used to track the movement of small inventory by warehouse/subject.
Reports
Status of small inventory by warehouse/subject
Accounting cards of individual small inventory items
Recaps of inflows and outflows
Recaps of accounting documents at multiple levels with grouping options
Inventory
Inventory can be performed an unlimited number of times. The counted status can be entered manually (one by one, per inventory code) or using a mobile device with an integrated scanner. After entering and comparing the counted status with book records, a surplus/shortage report can be generated with a single click.
