The primary function of the system is to simplify employees’ daily tasks, enable effective planning of company growth and development in the area of human resource management, and improve communication among employees, organizational units, and the company as a whole, through a simple and intuitive user interface.
The system also allows users to fulfill all legal obligations related to employee records, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. By using the available communication options and reports, company efficiency is significantly increased, while internal procedures become more effective and transparent.
The application interface is simple, intuitive, and multilingual. The application is designed to support flexibility while maintaining a high level of security. The system supports data export to ERP systems. From a technological standpoint, it is a web application built on a three-layer architecture, accessible via the most widely used internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
