TI4HR centralizes all employee data in one place, with the option to attach files (contracts, certificates, etc.), greatly simplifying data protection processes and ensuring quick responses in case of data breaches or employee requests for deletion/encryption of their personal information.
The application is accessed via a unique username and password, with the possibility of restricting data entry/viewing rights based on the company’s organizational structure.
Key features include:
Full access control – secure login requiring at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number; user accounts can also be tied to a specific computer/workstation
Employee user accounts – employees can view and control all of their personal data at any time
Customizable access rights – rights can be defined according to business requirements or job roles (e.g., managers can see a specific set of data for work scheduling)
Personal data protection – all information is centralized (scanned employee documents stored in personal files)
Document linking – attach forms, decisions, and other documents directly to an employee’s account, with the option to send them to the employee’s user account
