Logistics
Asset management, meaning the management of rights and privileges assigned to personnel or job positions. The module is integrated with other HR record modules. Data can be sent through workflows (BPM process) and printed according to various criteria. In the logistics module, the logistician (administrator) can view assignment tasks with all details (price range, possibility of additional charges, etc.).
Specific features:
Employee hiring/termination processes and process workflows
Ability to link specific groups of assets (transport assets, personal vehicles, computers, mobile phones, tools, etc.) or rights/privileges (debit cards, additional healthcare, alarm pins) to a job position
In the logistics module, the logistician can view assignment tasks with all details (price range, possibility of additional charges) for a specific employee sent by the administrator from the job position
Sending tasks via email to the individuals (job positions) responsible for these tasks
Administrators can at any time view what assets/rights an employee currently has assigned or returned, or what needs to be assigned
Record and display on-screen of all assets and rights assigned to an employee, including assignment dates and replacement eligibility dates
Administrators can assign a new group of assets/rights/privileges through TI4HR at any time, automatically generating tasks in the Logistics module
Control mechanism ensures that nothing new can be assigned until previous items are returned
