Occupational Safety Module is designed for keeping records and managing activities that every employer is required to maintain under the Occupational Safety Act.

EMPLOYEE RECORDS:

• General employee information

• Training records for safe work practices

• Training records for fire protection

• Obligations for medical examinations for special working conditions (e.g. eyesight test)

• Records of other training (first aid, implementation of preventive fire protection measures and rescue of people and property endangered by fire, occupational safety officer, occupational safety representative, specialized training for evacuation and rescue, alcohol testing in the workplace)

• Register of protective equipment

TESTING RECORDS:

• Machines and devices with increased risk

• Other machines and devices

• Installations (electrical installation, lightning protection installation, gas installation, fire detection/alarm/suppression system, emergency lighting, static electricity, external and internal hydrant network, chimney certification)

• Fire extinguishers

• Work environment (microclimate, lighting, radiation, hazardous substances, noise and vibration)

REPORTING AND REVIEW CAPABILITIES:

• Printouts from the employee/job registry for those required to pass exams in Fire Protection (ZOP), Occupational Safety (ZNR), medical checkups, etc.

• Review of exam dates and certificate numbers for ZOP and ZNR

• Monitoring expiration dates of certifications for premises, equipment, and devices

• Monitoring expiration dates for medical checkups

• Database search by all initially entered parameters

• Notifications on upcoming expiration of medical checkups, certifications, and inspections
