Successfully implemented TI4HR at Zlatarska radiona Križek

Zlatarska radiona Križek (the Client) is a leading manufacturer of silver and gold jewelry in Croatia, with a tradition spanning over 75 years. The Client’s headquarters are located in Donja Lomnica, Zagreb County, and currently employs 50 workers.

At the Client’s request, Osmi Bit successfully implemented its own human resource management software solution, Times Integrator TI4HR, with modules for Personnel Management and Time Management.

With the implementation of the Times Integrator TI4HR solution, the Client gained effective employee record keeping, allowing the entry of all essential data (personal information, payroll-related data, annual leave entitlements, all documents in PDF format, etc.).

Employees record their clock-in and clock-out times using a card or fingerprint at a terminal located at the entrance to the workspace, which is connected to the Times Integrator 4HR application – Time Management module – “shift schedule”.

By using TI4HR, the Client benefits from the following:

• Recording actual working hours and tracking surplus and deficit hours, enabling redistribution of hours

• Tracking various types of absences (official leave, private leave, breaks, etc.)

• A calendar with planned types of absences

• Work schedule planning and comparison with actual hours worked

• Administration of shift schedules as a basis for payroll calculation

• Planning and scheduling of annual leave, requests, and notifications directly from the application

• Notifications regarding obligations under occupational safety laws

• Printing referrals for medical examinations

Additionally, prerequisites have been established for integration with future software solutions for production monitoring and tracking time spent per work order, providing insights into worker efficiency (KPI).
