We attended the largest HR conference in Šibenik

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to take part in a fantastic HR conference in Šibenik, organized by the Learning by Doing HR Academy under the leadership of Ms. Jasna Valjak.

Over the course of two days filled with engaging lectures and workshops, we joined more than 150 participants in learning how to boost employee productivity and satisfaction. The conference featured 10 speakers — psychologists, HR experts, coaches, and other professionals — who shared first-hand knowledge and advice through talks and practical sessions.

We’re especially proud that Osmi Bit was one of the sponsors of this event! It was truly inspiring to exchange ideas, take part in workshops, and connect with colleagues from all over Croatia.
